Products Eligible for Return
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 90 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as pet treats, opened grooming products, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Authorization:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund promptly. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference between the exchanged products.
